STEPS NECESSARY TO ACQUIRE SERVICE
(This does not apply to any subdivision)
ONLY ONE HOUSEHOLD IS ALLOWED PER CONNECTION
#1- Fill out a Hydraulic Investigation Request, pay required fee, and mark your property boundaries and desired
meter location on the District map. (Forms and map will be provided by the District) Allow three to four weeks
for the Engineer to complete the feasibility study. All hydraulic fees are used to pay for the study and are non-
refundable.

#3. Paper work needed to acquire a connection:
1.) Service Application and Agreement
2.) Right of Way Easement
3.) Proof of Ownership of Property
4.) Release of Line Statement, if line extension and/or road crossing is needed
5.) Service Inspection Forms.
All paper work must be completed and turned in to the District Office and all fees paid before the meter can be set. Payment book, rate chart, letter of information and instruction and copies of all approved/signed documents will be mailed to you.
All paper work must be completed and connection fees paid within thirty days of the date of notification of Engineer's approval. When service is available to you, your minimum monthly payment will be due regardless of water usage.
