(Forms and map will be provided by the District) Allow three to four weeks</div> <div>         for the Engineer to complete the feasibility study. All hydraulic fees are used to pay for the study and are non-</div> <div>         refundable. </div> <bR> <div> #2.   Pay connect cost       * See Connect Cost Fees </div> <bR> <div> #3.    Paper work needed to acquire a connection:</div> <bR> <div>              1.) Service Application and Agreement </div> <div>              2.) Right of Way Easement </div> <div>              3.) Proof of Ownership of Property </div> <div>              4.) Release of Line Statement, if line extension and/or road crossing is needed </div> <div>              5.)
